We recently stepped into an organization of ±250 employees at a pivotal moment in its development. The company had grown into one group from three separate companies and locations. With a sharpened business strategy and a bold new direction, it needed an HR strategy that aligned with where the business was heading. That is where we came in.
We are partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate business ambition into a clear, actionable HR agenda. Not as an administrative function, but as a strategic lever for growth, culture and performance.
At the same time, we work alongside the HR team to support their shift from tactical execution to strategic impact. We aligned on a shared vision and designed an ambitious step-by-step plan to evolve from operational focus to true business partnership.
We are operating on multiple levels. One day we are shaping the long-term HR roadmap; the next, we are advising on a new team structure or ensuring that works council processes move forward smoothly and professionally. Strategy only works if it also lives in daily decisions.
We believe momentum matters. Being present 16 hours a week, we focus on what truly moves the needle. We make thoughtful but decisive choices and create clarity quickly. Transformation programs and everyday operational decisions are not separate worlds, they reinforce each other. By being present in both, we ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
