People Collective is founded by three senior HR leaders with deep experience in facilitation skills, in-house HR leadership roles and fractional advisory work. They worked together as colleagues in Unilever, where HR has a seat at the leadership table and has a strategic role in the business. From a shared passion to make HR a true engine for business growth they have joined forces to turn this into reality for ambitious organizations with People Collective.

Her business acumen shaped through close partnerships  with Chief Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D Officers in complex multinational environments, navigating diverse business challenges with clarity and impact.

With a deep expertise in transformation and change management. Having led and delivered large-scale programs that strengthen culture, accelerate performance, and enable organizations to thrive through co-created, lasting change.

Certified Coach and Systemic Team Coach. Helps leaders build trust through intentional behaviors creating the conditions for people and teams to excel.

Louise Nass

HR Partner that enjoys working closely with leaders and HR to create positive impact through the right people & culture focus, combining strategic insight with pragmatic solutions to drive a business forward.

Knows her way in fast-paced multinationals, family companies, PE owned businesses, and production environments.

Linn ten Haaf
