Quality is the foundation of everything we do.

We believe that professionalism, depth, and proven expertise are essential to create meaningful impact for the people we work with.

That is why we continuously invest in our own development and work with well-established tools and methods.

As team we are certified in several tools that help us guide you and your teams to the best outcomes.

Here you can find a selection of these accreditations that we can use to help you develop into the direction you need.

  • VU Amsterdam is the only university in the Netherlands with a Centre for Executive Coaching that offers courses at master's level for executive coaches and executive team coaches.

We completed this postgraduate Executive Team Coaching programme in 2025, to gain robust and varied expertise to use in our work with teams. We apply different models, theories or tools based on a team’s situation and needs, in daily practice - answering the questions teams often struggle with:

    • How can we build containment - a truly safe space - so real change can occur?

    • How do we break through ingrained patterns in our executive leadership team?

    • How do our underlying relationships effect the effectiveness of the team?

    • How does (informal) power manifests in teams and organizations?

    • What belongs to the person and what to the system?

    • When is tension useful, and when is it paralysing?

We know the right intervention to take, to bring teams and organizations further.

  • Systemic Team Coaching is an advanced, comprehensive approach that works with a team as a living system, focusing on its collective performance, internal relationships, and, crucially, its impact on external stakeholders. It aligns the team's purpose with the broader organization, fostering sustainable value creation by managing complex, interconnected relationships.

    We are certified in:

    • The 5 Discipline Framework from Peter Hawkins including certification to the Team 360 Connect tool, an assessment tool that allows insights and feedback for the team from all stakeholders.

    • Coaching & Constellation Practioner

  • Hogan Assessments are industry-leading, personality-based assessments used by 75% of Fortune 500 companies to predict job performance, assess leadership potential, and evaluate cultural fit.

What makes Hogan distinctive is its robust validity, and its focus on reputation: the assessments look at how your behavior is experienced by others in everyday work situations, not just how you see yourself.
As such, they provide well-rounded insights into your strengths, potential risks under pressure, and the values that drive decision-making.

We use Hogan Leadership Assessments to help leaders understand their drivers, strengths and development areas, enabling honest and deep reflection on the path forward. We also use it to assess culture fit, support hiring decisions, and for internal talent development.

  • The Five Dysfunctions of a Team is the definitive framework for building healthy, high-performing teams.

The model focuses on the fundamentals that truly drive team effectiveness: building trust as a foundation, enabling healthy conflict, creating real commitment, strengthening accountability of these commitments, and ultimately delivering results.

We are trained and certified in this methodology and use it extensively in our work with teams. By applying the model in a pragmatic and context-specific way, we help teams break unproductive patterns, strengthen collaboration, and consistently perform at a higher level.
