We currently partner with a multinational organization navigating challenging market conditions to build a High-Performing Team journey that strengthens collaboration, trust, and execution. This initiative embeds team effectiveness at the heart of daily work and supports long-term strategic objectives, using Patrick Lencioni’s model alongside insights from change leadership and psychological safety.
Partnering with the HR expertise team we create the product in a collaborative sprint based approach with early feedback and quick design decisions to allow fast delivery.
Through a structured two-phase approach, teams receive both immediate tools and long-term support. The first phase offers a self-service toolkit with a diagnostic, 15 targeted exercises, and clear facilitation guidance to build trust, alignment, and accountability. Monthly reflection moments embed learning over time. The second phase scales impact through a facilitated 9 month team development journey.
